Dummy lever's becoming universally handed

Gainsborough are pleased to share that customers will soon be able to order Choice Dummy Levers without worrying about determining if left or right handed products are required. We are making the shift to universally handed products, meaning customers only have one SKU to select from instead of a left or right variant. New SKUs will be shared throughout the year as the product is made available.

Passage and Privacy lever design changes

We have implemented some updates to Gainsborough Choice Passage & Privacy Levers to enhance the longevity of the products and simplify installation.

What’s new?

When you use the updated Gainsborough Choice Levers, you’ll notice:
 

- Updated rose design with optional 3-hole or single hole installation for improved stability

- Simplified screw pack and enhanced fixing points

- Steamlined vertical mounting positions on passage sets for easier alignement and tightening

- Removal of lever grub screw for a streamlined for time saving installation

- Soft stop lever action to reduce rose movement and enhancing durability

Important to note:
 

- The installed appearance remains unchanged

- Goods will include updated installation instructions and template

- The current Gainsborough Choice Levers remain fully supported and continue to provide reliable performance.

- There are no changes to SKU numbers.

- The updated products will begin rolling out to the market starting May.
