The Contractor 700 Series offers a range of leversets on 53mm round rosettes, designed to complement current interior styling. Choose from a variety of fashionable finishes in passage, privacy or dummy functions. The privacy leversets, with integral latch, are designed to suit bedroom or bathroom door applications.

2 year limited tarnish resistant and 7 year limited mechanical
Gainsborough Hardware Industries Limited guarantees to repair or replace this product if within two (2) years from the proven date of purchase it tarnishes, discolours or corrodes; or if within seven (7) years from the proven date of purchase any mechanical defects occur. Applies only when properly installed and subjected to no more than fair wear and tear. This guarantee does not extend to labour costs, personal loss, death or injury, or economic, consequential or property damage of any kind whatsoever.

Contractor Auxiliary Privacy Set
The 70PS Auxiliary Privacy Set is deisgned for use in conjunction with a G3 Series - Contractor 700 Leverset - for bedroom or bathroom doors. This privacy set features internal turn-button escutcheon, emergency release escutcheon and privacy bolt.
Contractor Dummy Fixing Kit
Secures Contractor lever into position for pull operation. Purchase two dummy fixing kits to convert a G3 Series - Contractor 700, G4 Series - Contractor 100 or G4 Series - Residence S100 Leverset into two dummy levers. Features plate with fixed spindle, together with required screws for recommended through fixing option. Wood screws are also provided for use on non-operational doors, ie the fixed side of an internal double door.
Contractor Spacer Rings
The KT 700 SR Spacer Rings (set of 2) allows the installation of a 700 Series passage or privacy leverset to a pre-bored 47mm-54mm diameter hole through door face. Note: Spacer ring can be seen outside diameter of rose.
Contractor Dummy Fixing Kit - Wood Screw Fix
Recommended for use on non-operational dummy doors only ie. fixed side of an internal double door. Secures Contractor lever into position on door. Purchase two dummy fixing kits to convert a G3 Series - Contractor 700, G4 Series - Contractor 100 or G4 Series - Residence S100 passage leverset into two dummy levers. Features plate with fixed spindle, together with required wood screws for face fixing of dummy plate to door.
