Door Thickness
Fits 35mm to 50mm (1 3/8" - 2") door thickness. Wood or metal door installation.
Backset
70mm standard, 60mm backset and 127mm backset links available - specify when ordering.
Cylinder
The Gainsborough standard brass cylinder features 6 pin tumbler and C4 keyway. 2 brass keys supplied as standard. Also available in restricted profile.
Latch
Solid brass latchbolt with 12.7mm throw. Faceplate self-adjusting to accommodate bevelled or flat doors.

Handing
Completely reversible.
Strike
70mm x 29mm with curved lip and box standard.
Exposed Trim
Knobs and roses are manufactured from stainless steel. Knobs are secured by steel knob retainer which cannot be depressed when lockset has been locked.
Mechanism
Heavy gauge cold rolled steel, zinc plated and dichromated for rust resistance.
Door Preparation
54mm (2 1/8") cross bore and 25mm (1") edge bore.
Fire-rated
Fire-rated to Australian Standard AS 1905.1.2005.

Keying Information
6 pin tumbler cylinder supplied in the standard broach, keyed to differ with 2 keys per lock. Special keying is available.
All Gainsborough locksets come with brass keys. Nickel silver keys as standard with restricted profile systems.
